ac 149TEST Body carries out voluntary certification of products in a range of obtained Accreditation No. AC 149 issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation in Warsaw (signatory of the multilateral agreements within the framework of international organizations working in the field of accreditation, i.e.: EA MLA, IAF MLA and ILAC MRA).
The accreditation confirms that TEST Body is in the compliance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065 “Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services. ”

 

CERTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

ac 155HAMILTON Body carries out voluntary certification of management systems in a range of obtained Accreditation No. AC 155 issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation in Warsaw (signatory of the multilateral agreements within the framework of international organizations working in the field of accreditation, ie .: EA MLA, IAF MLA and ILAC MRA).
The accreditation confirms that HAMILTON Body is in the compliance with requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17021 “Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems” and the technical specification PKN-ISO/IEC TS 17021-3 “Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies providing audits and certification of management systems. Part 3: Requirements for the competence of the assessment and certification of quality management systems.”

HAMILTON Body entered into a sub-license agreement with the International Accreditation Forum, Inc.- IAF is an international organization consisting of accreditation bodies, taking part in accreditation of management systems certification bodies, products and people, as well as other interested parties, relating to conformity assessment in this scope.

iaf_logoIAF promotes international recognition of accreditation granted by accreditation bodies which are signatories to the IAF MLA. The objective of the IAF is to develop an effective system under which certificates issued by accredited companies to conformity assessment bodies in one part of the world, would be accepted in any other part of the world.

 

TESTING LABORATORY

HAMILTON Body entered into a sublicense agreement with ILAC, i.e. International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation, which is an international organization bringing together entities whose goal is to work for the accreditation of different kinds of programs designed for laboratories and inspection bodies.
